RULES

Teenquit contains different opinions from different users from different backgrounds. Keep in mind that differences of opinion can lead to heated discussions; just keep your opinions in check. Show respect for other members' thoughts and feelings. Let's put it this way: If you wouldn't say something to someone in a face-to-face conversation, don't say it here. Remember that the central purpose of Teenquit is to help you and other teens quit smoking. Off-topic posts are expected, but don't swamp the board with these messages. Don't be afraid to have fun conversations. No one said that quitting smoking was easy. Joking and kidding around can relieve some of the stress. Have fun and make friends who will support your decision to quit smoking.

We want to set a few simple rules for the message board. First and foremost, rudeness is not tolerated, and disrespectful posts will be promptly removed.

Messages including the following will be edited or deleted by the Webmaster:

• Profanity and any other crude language;
• Posts abusing other Teenquit members;
• Posts with racist, sexist, or other discriminatory content; and
• "Spam" posts or advertisements that do not follow the forum's topics.
