STEP 4: LAST SMOKE

Set your quit day and try your best to follow through, even if it's just for 24 hours. If you can quit for 1 day, you can quit for 2, and so on. Use the strategies listed in our Quit Tools section ( Are You Addicted to Nicotine? Checklist, Stop Smoking Contract, Crave Control, Piggy Bank, Products That Help, Quit Plan, Stressors Quiz, and Know Your Stats). Then come up with some of your own ideas to help cope with quitting smoking.

Quitting Time
Whether you are ready to quit smoking or not, give quitting a try. You may be surprised with the results.
